Alexander Lukashenko leaves for working visit to Russia

The President has left for a working visit to Russia. The plane took off from the national airport Minsk in the afternoon.

It is planned that tomorrow Belarusian-Russian high-level talks will be held in Sochi with participation of members of the governments of the two states. Leaders of the countries Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin will also hold a bilateral meeting in a one-on-one format. The topical issues of the Belarusian-Russian cooperation will be put on the agenda. It is expected that the parties will consider in detail the issues on a wide range of areas, including those concerning agriculture, industry, trade, economic and financial interaction. Cooperation in the oil and gas sphere will also be discussed.
