Alexander Lukashenko demands to reform Academy of Management under President of Belarus
"It is necessary to reform the academy, reform in terms of those who need to study there. What is necessary for the state. And not just that if they are in the personnel register of the President or somewhere else, then let's take them all there, who needs it and who doesn't. Some graduated from the Academy of Management (I know them well) - they did not need it. They work well or badly without the Academy. Why, you may ask, did we train and spend money? That's why we should work out a clear system together with the Administration of the President: who should be educated at the Academy. There should be a tough selection as it used to be for the Communist party," Alexander Lukashenko emphasized.
According to First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Maxim Ryzhenkov, for the last two years all graduates of the Academy of Management, who passed the first stage of education, have been distributed in government agencies and organizations. According to him, there is even a queue behind them. And every year 100 people are recruited to the Academy of Management on the budget. Figuratively they are called the "golden hundred".
