Alexander Lukashenko meets with Irkutsk Region delegation

The development of trade and new projects between Belarus and Irkutsk Region were discussed today at the Palace of Independence. Alexander Lukashenko met with a delegation from this Russian region, which arrived in Minsk headed by Governor Sergey Levchenko. Our country has long-standing and reliable partnerships with this region. Commodity turnover is growing - this positive trend is also typical of the Belarusian-Russian trade as a whole.

The development of relations, including economic ones, was discussed at the meeting of the President with the parliamentary delegation of Egypt. The Arab state for us is the most important partner in North Africa. There is a roadmap between the countries, which aims to comprehensively develop the overall economy. The program of the visit of the delegation includes visits to enterprises and negotiations at the Academy of Sciences. In the first half of 2019, the President of Egypt intends to visit Belarus.
