Alla Pugacheva receives high state award from President of Belarus

Alexander Lukashenko awarded the singer with the Order of Friendship of Peoples. The relevant decree has been signed today. The award will be presented for significant contribution to the development of pop art and strengthening the Belarusian-Russian cultural ties.
