"If you don't want Russia to win, you have to sit down and negotiate," said Alexander Lukashenko in response to the journalist of the French media.
Answering the question whether the President of Belarus expects Russia to win, he said: "I do".
The head of the state also emphasized that Russia is the closest ally of Belarus, and it's not a secret to anyone. "We've been working on forming a single union for a long time. And we've got it all worked out," he said.
