President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday, BelTA informs.

"Your vast life experience, versatile knowledge and managerial talent backed by the broad support and trust of the people have contributed to the development and prosperity of the independent Turkmen state," the letter runs.

Alexander Lukashenko wished Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov good health, happiness, and fruitful creative work for the good of friendly Turkmenistan.
