President of Belarus approves draft decree on management of radio spectrum

The innovations were proposed by the Minister of Communications and Informatization Konstantin Shulgan. One of them will allow the participants and guests of the II European Games, as well as foreign journalists to temporarily import and use radio without registration and payment.
