Draft Decree on management of radio frequency spectrum approved by President

The proposed innovations will allow the participants and guests of the Second European Games as well as foreign journalists to temporarily use radio stations without registering and fee. Minister Konstantin Shulgan made his first public report to the Head of State.

As Konstantin ShulgAn told reporters, among the proposals of the new document is setting the rates in Belarusian rubles instead of euros when calculating fees for allocating and using radio frequencies. The decree "On the management of radio frequency spectrum" does not entail the allocation of additional funds from the national budget.
