Condolences to President of Republic of Philippines Rodrigo Duterte

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, on behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, expressed condolences to President of the Republic of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte in connection with numerous human casualties and large-scale destruction as a result of floods and landslides caused by the tropical cyclone Mangkhut.

The Head of State emphasized that Belarus received the news with great pain. He also conveyed sincere words of support and condolences to the families and friends of the deceased, the wishes for a quick recovery to the victims and the restoration of the affected regions of the country.
