4 medals won by Belarusians at Sambo World Championship

Four medals were won by the Belarusians on the first day of the Sambo World Championship. The planetary forum is being hosted these days by Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Tatiana Matsko who became a mother less than a year ago and had her first tournament after returning to sport in September, won the World Championships today for the fourth time in her career. She had nobody equal in the weight category up to 59 kg. Anfisa Kopayeva also won gold in the 50 kg weight category, Marina Zharskaya won bronze in the 54 kg weight category and Pavel Gladkikh performed successfully in the men's weight category. He took the third step on the podium in the weight of 64 kg.
