Aliaksandra Sasnovich starts with a victory at tennis tournament in Linz

Aliaksandra Sasnovich made a good start at the last tournament of the season in Linz, Austria. In the first round of competition the Belarusian defeated Frenchwoman Fiona Ferro 6:2, 3:6, 6:2. In the next round, Sasnovich will meet with the second seeded and the 22nd in the world Romanian Simona Halep.

In doubles, Lydia Morozova reached the quarterfinals, playing in a duet with Irina Khromocheva of Russia. In the opening game they defeated Ankita Raina of India and Rosalie Van Der Hoek of the Netherlands in two sets.
