Belarus' Alexey Alferov wins silver at World Boxing Championships

Alexey Alferov is the silver medalist of the World Boxing Championships. The big start ended in Serbian Belgrade yesterday. In the final bout in the category up to 80 kg against Robbie Gonzalez, the Belarusian dominated in the first round and even knocked down his opponent but then the American seized the initiative. By a separate decision of the judges, Gonzalez took the gold 3:2. This is the second award at the planetary forum for the Belarusian team. Yevgeny Karmilchik won a silver medal in the weight category up to 48 kg.
