Former FIFA President Blatter and former UEFA President Platini acquitted

Joseph Blatter and Michel Platini have been acquitted in the corruption case. Earlier, the Swiss attorney general's office accused former FIFA President Blatter and former UEFA President Platini of fraud, misappropriation of funds, criminal mismanagement and falsification of documents. They were put away from soccer for life, facing up to five years in prison. On July 8, the Swiss court issued an acquittal verdict.
