International Canoe Federation will allow Belarusians to compete

International Canoe Federation (ICF) has decided to allow the Belarusian and Russian rowers to compete in neutral status, BelTA informs.

The decision to return the athletes from Belarus and Russia was taken after consultation with the international community. An independent commission will be created to consider all the applications from Russian and Belarusian athletes wishing to participate in the tournaments as neutral athletes.
