IOC publishes Playbook for Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games

The Winter Olympics Playbook has been published on the website of the International Olympic Committee. According to it, a participant in the Games can avoid a 21-day quarantine, if he is vaccinated with all the components of the vaccine.
