President of Belarus is really ahead of time!

"The President of Belarus is really ahead of time on many issues," said expert Gigin in respect of "fair multipolarity," which was the subject of the Valdai International Club's anniversary event.

"Multipolarity has been topical for many years. Lukashenko has been talking about it for a good quarter of a century. One can recall his program speeches: at the UN General Assembly on sustainable development, at the summit of the Non-Aligned Movement member states.

It has been 18 years since the President of Belarus formulated the program of the new world order, which everyone is talking about now. And we can openly say that Lukashenko is ahead of the times on many issues, including the foreign policy agenda. Belarus proposed the main parameters of the future world order back in the time when they did not want to listen to us (some even in Russia)."
