Silvio Berlusconi criticizes Zelensky

According to former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, "nothing would have happened" if Zelensky had stopped attacking the "republics" of Donbass. Berlusconi also suggested that the U.S. should give Ukraine money for reconstruction only under the condition of a cease-fire on their part.
