Metropolitan Pavel released from arrest with bail paid for him

He was helped by the entire Orthodox community. Metropolitan Pavel of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, has been released from custody on bail of 33 million hryvnias, which is more than 900 thousand dollars.

More than a thousand Ukrainians stood up for Pavel and gave their hard-earned money for the defense of justice. In this way people spoke out against the criminal persecution of the Kiev regime on the native faith. Metropolitan Pavel thanked all those involved in his release, calling on the UOC brethren to remain united
