Pentagon intends to provide military aid to Ukraine bypassing Congress

It became known that the Pentagon has another 4 billion dollars in reserve, which it can provide Ukraine. This is reported by CNN. Previously, the Department planned to spend these funds only if they are reimbursed by Congress. However, the request in the House of Representatives did not even come up for a vote. But the State Department excludes sending the U.S. military to the zone of the Ukrainian conflict. Macron's scandalous statement about the possible involvement of NATO troops became a new reason for such questions.

But on behalf of the United States, the president has made it clear that he will not send the military.
