A large-scale war in the Middle East will provoke a global energy crisis. This was stated by Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein at a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi in Baghdad, TASS writes.
Fuad Hussein is sure that this will have an extremely negative impact on energy exports and world shipping, which will provoke a global energy crisis. He noted that the Iraqi authorities consider it unacceptable to use the territory of their country for strikes against neighboring states, including Iran.
The politician also called for an immediate cessation of hostilities in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon because of the threat to the stability of the entire region.
