Zelensky will leave the U.S. without having received permission to use long-range missiles to strike Russia, the Times reports. The journalists specify: the leader of the Kiev regime personally asked current US President Joe Biden and presidential candidate Kamala Harris to lift the restriction on the use of British Storm Shadow and American ATACMS. But it didn't work. Washington has not announced any change in its position on the issue.
