Execution of Union State budget discussed by Committee of State Control of Belarus and Russian Audit Chamber

During the video conference, it was stated that in the balance of funds has been preserved, which indicates a rather low level of development of the allocated money.

One of the reasons for the budget surplus, experts say, is the lengthy approval and development of Union State programs. Three projects were agreed only in December 2017. Over the past year, 9 programs of the union state have been implemented.
