Konstantin Shulgan appointed Minister of Communications and Computerization

The focus of the Ministry of Communications attention should be the digitization of the entire economy of the country: from the industry and the exact farming to electronic medicine. The First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus stated this while presenting the new Minister of Communications and Computerization to the staff. Konstantin Shulgan previously held the post in the operational and analytical center under the President.

The key task of the new minister and the entire agency is a full-fledged transition to new digital technologies and production models.
