National Bank vested with the right to regulate activities of national rating agencies

Today, the President of Belarus signed a decree according to which the National Bank is vested with the right to regulate the activities of national rating agencies. "This area is a new direction for the domestic financial market, and there are currently no such organizations in Belarus. Therefore, we are talking about creating a legislative framework in this regard, as national rating agencies are an integral part of the financial market infrastructure, "the press service explained.
