Russia ready to build second nuclear power plant in Belarus

Rosatom declares its readiness to build thesecond nuclear power plant in Belarus - the position was voiced by the head of the Russian state corporation Alexei Likhachev. The question is only the technical appearance and location of the future unit.

The head of Rosatom emphasized that the government of Belarus and the Ministry of Energy of Russia should decide on the timing of construction and economic model of the future station, if necessary.

Another area of allied cooperation is digitalization. Rosatom intends to involve Belarusian companies in the creation of digital platforms in Russia.
