Russian-Belarusian light multipurpose airplane will be called "Osvey"

Minsk and Moscow are embarking on deep cooperation in aircraft manufacturing. The parties signed an intergovernmental agreement on the joint production of a light multipurpose airplane called Osvey.

Plans to jointly produce a civil twin-engine airliner at the aircraft repair plant in Baranovichi became known last year.

By the way, speaking of Belarusian-Russian cooperation, in two months of this year, the trade turnover has increased to the level of the successful last year, notes the government.
