Housing construction market to grow

This was announced today to journalists by the Head of the Ministry of Architecture. At the Presidium of the Council of Ministers, the strategy of the industry was considered until the year 2030. As noted by Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov, we need clear and understandable benchmarks for efficiency: growth in labor productivity and cost reduction, as well as the transition to digital technology. In recent years, the production capacities of contractors and enterprises that produce construction materials have significantly increased in Belarus; the staff potential has increased as well.

The construction market will be facilitated by crediting, as well as new documents on housing construction savings and mortgages. As for the cost of the square meter, for those in need, it is planned to be kept at the level of the average monthly salary.
