Sugar becomes leader of Belarusian food exports

Sugar has become the leader of food exports of Belarus. Its share in the basket is about 36%. The main sales markets for this product are Russia and Central Asia.

Confectionery products are in second place - 17%. The oil and fats sector accounts for 11%. The main markets are the EU and China.

In general, the Belarusian Food Industry Concern trades today with about 50 countries, with the Russian Federation being the main partner.
