Deepening of Belarusian-German cooperation in field of digital economy

This was discussed at a meeting of the Chairman of the Council of the Republic with the delegation of the German Federal State of Saxony, headed by State Minister of Justice, member of the Landtag Sebastian Gemkow. Mikhail Myasnikovich notes that Berlin is one of the key partners for Minsk in Europe and states the necessity to develop joint projects in the field of digital economy. The Chairman of the Council of the Republic invited German companies to participate more widely in the work of the Chinese-Belarusian Park Great Stone. Sebastian Gemkov, in turn, notes that the Silicon Valley in Saxony is interested in the production of computer equipment with Belarusian software. The parties also discussed the prospects for cooperation in the field of personnel training and the development of interparliamentary and humanitarian contacts.
