Requirements for finishing new commercial housing planned to be increased in Belarus

This was announced today by the Minister of Architecture and Construction. Anatoly Cherny notes that it is important to raise the requirements for a minimum volume of finishing works and implement them not according to a simplified scheme, as it is done now. Construction companies must realize that it is profitable to sell a finished apartment. The document is planned to be adopted this year. The minister notes that all conditions have been created to reduce the cost per square meter.

Today, the cost per square meter with state support is 829 rubles.
