Modernization of dairy-commodity complexes brings positive results in Grodno region

Almost half of the milk produced in Grodno region is extra-class. Modernization of dairy-commodity complexes has already yielded positive results. Local farmers doubled the quality of their products. This allows processing companies not only to satisfy the demand of the domestic market for high quality milk, but also to increase export supplies.

Milk quality control is a multi-level system. In-depth analysis of raw materials is carried out immediately upon its supply to the dairy factory. A few more tests are made during the production process. As a result, the enterprise has both Russian and Western quality certificates. Less than half of the produced volumes are exported here. The first priority is to fully meet the needs of the domestic market.

In the next five years it is planned to completely abandon obsolete dairy-commodity complexes in the region. So, almost one hundred percent of dairy raw materials will be of extra-class quality. As a result, the competitiveness of our products will increase.
