A. Lukashenko instructs to organize food markets properly and provide access for farmers
Such an order was given today by Alexander Lukashenko while visiting the eco-market near Minsk. It is located at Valerianovo shopping center. The multifunctional center was built on behalf of the Head of State. Taking into account the growing demand for organic products, the market was designed to make sure that citizens reach farm products at a good price. The governor was responsible for the implementation of this idea. As the Belarusian leader noted, this long-term construction had a difficult fate, they also encountered unscrupulous investors, and yet today the eco-market operates satisfactorily.
Alexander Lukashenko paid special attention to the safety of food products. And the order in the markets as a whole is indispensable. Today it is easier to prevent any outbids and unscrupulous competitors.
By the way, while the President was visiting the eco-market, the shopping center worked as usual, without restrictions for buyers. The assortment is large. Alexander Lukashenko got convinced when he walked through the shopping arcade. Vegetables, cheeses according to old Belarusian and the best European recipes, herbal teas, fresh herbs, honey, meat delicacies for every taste! The President talked with farmers and the management of agricultural enterprises about how their farms are developing, whether the products are in demand, whether the conditions are satisfactory, and what else needs to be done to develop private initiatives in the countryside. The shopping mall opened on November 7. There were 140 trade places for a domestic manufacturer on the first floor alone. In the summer, the center will be expanded with the opening of a food court and a children's play area. Alexander Lukashenko spoke about this complex at the 6th All-Belarusian People's Assembly, insisting on the importantance to increase the production of environmentally friendly products without additives and chemicals.
