Sanctions in modern world become means of manipulation and dictatorship by certain circles

This is not the first time Belarus has encountered all kinds of sanctions, and every time it has found an effective solution. The attempts to rewrite the tragic, most precious and at the same time tearful pages of our history should be regarded as a declaration of war on us. The war is for the historical truth and memory, the experts agree.

In modern world, sanctions have become a way to manipulate and dictate the interests of certain circles. If the position of any state does not coincide with the European or American opinion, then they immediately talk about sanctions without assessing the situation, without dialogue. And this is done by those who speak loudly about democracy, pluralism of opinions, and the interests of society.
