University of Culture Art Gallery presents Poetry of Dance

Anniversary of dance company under Belarusian University of Culture and Arts celebrated today.

On the occasion of the date, the art gallery of the university presented exhibition called "The Poetry of Dance". More than a hundred exhibits offer a glimpse into the history of the modern Belarusian school of dance. Sketches by t artist Yury Piskun and samples of concert costumes are exhibited as well as posters and photos over the years. Awards of the dance group at international contests and festivals are displayed.

The dance company is one of the best troupes in the country. It is a participant and winner of the festival of contemporary choreography in Vitebsk, international competition named after Yesambaev, twice winner of the Grand Prize of the Special Fund of the President of Belarus.
