Belarusian tourists rescued on Mount Elbrus

Russian rescuers found six Belarusian tourists on Mount Elbrus - the entire group, the search for which has been carried out over the past 24 hours. The information was confirmed by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, they were found on Mount Elbrus at an altitude of 3.8 meters. The condition of the tourists is satisfactory. The question of their descent is being solved.

The search and rescue operation involved more than 80 people, 24 vehicles and a helicopter Mi-8 of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. The group was not registered, which complicated the search.
