Number of COVID-19 and influenza infection cases in Belarus growing

The number of cases of COVID and influenza infection is gradually increasing in Belarus. However, experts note that the growth rate of infectious diseases this season is several times lower than last year. As a rule, these are people with chronic diseases and, alas unvaccinated. More than 80% of patients, who got in intensive care units, have not been immunized. Of course, as medics say, now COVID-19 proceeds easier than before. The main symptoms are high temperature, dry cough, headache, fatigue, sneezing and runny nose.

Medics remind: vaccination is still one of the most effective ways to combat infectious diseases. Now experts allow vaccinating on the same day not only from flu, but also from COVID. The effectiveness of the drugs is not reduced. And those willing to take a two-week break between vaccinations can do it.
