The unemployed, who are registered in employment centers, can open their own business. They get such advantages as free subsidy, free training, tax breaks in the first months of work.
Natalya Patuk works as a permanent make-up master, but a few months ago she was unemployed. For a long time, it was impossible to find something to do. The local employment center helped Natalya to implement her idea.
Aleksey Shilo also became a businessman with the support of the state. The aspiring entrepreneur was given a free subsidy, which became the start-up capital for his own business. Free courses in entrepreneurship, business project development were provided. That contributed significantly to opening his own store.
There are dozens of such cases in Novogrudok District alone. At the local employment center, they teach the basics of entrepreneurship, help making up a business plan, and provide start-up capital for free.
The most demanded types of activity among the self-employed in Novogrudok District are hairdressing services, retail trade and finishing work. 10 local residents received help from the state to start their own businesses this year alone. The subsidies amounted at more than 26 000 rubles.
