Best doctors of Minsk Region honored at Nesvizh Castle

Their knowledge, experience and sensitive attitude towards people help to improve the health of millions of Belarusians. On the eve of the Day of the Medical Worker, the best doctors receive awards. Today 82 specialists from all districts of Minsk Region have been invited to the celebration at Nesvizh Castle. Some of them now have the honorary title of "Best Doctor of Belarus" in their nomination. Others got the badge "For Labor in the Name of Life". Nurses, therapists, surgeons, infectious disease specialists, chief doctors of outpatient clinics and many other doctors of the central region received certificates of honor from the Presidential Administration, the Ministry of Health, and the Council of the Republic.

Recently, more than 160 units of medical equipment have been purchased, 12 mobile FAPs are operating. And in the coming years, new facilities will appear in the region: a children's outpatient clinic in Zhodino and an outpatient clinic in Nesvizh.

Medical Worker's Day is celebrated this Sunday. In total, more than 40 000 people work in the health sector in Minsk Region, of which 6 000 are doctors. And for today's laureates, an additional gift was a tour of the halls of Nesvizh Castle.
