Lukashenko: Leadership must be gained by deeds

At the meeting with the active core of the pioneer movement, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko answered the question of how to become a leader and what qualities one should possess to achieve it.

The head of the state noted that to be a leader does not just mean to lead, to "walk on your head". You have to establish yourself, to raise the authority in the eyes of your peers. Leadership must be earned through actions. This is important, stressed Alexander Lukashenko. However, a person must be born with an ability to lead, the head of state is convinced. In this regard, he recalled his well-known phrase: The presidents are born rather than made.
