President to young people: You see what's going on in the world, take care of what belongs to you and don't give it to anyone!
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko urged young people to value and cherish their country. The head of state said so at the national holiday of graduates of higher education institutions, BelTA informs.
"I told you this morning when awarding the winners, we hope on you. I said to all of youto tens of thousands of Belarusian graduates. Do everything on time. Do what you have to do today. Tomorrow you won't do it, because there will be new problems, new concerns - life will overwhelm you. And we live it with you, sometimes without understanding what is going on. So you have to do everything in time. Remember, this is the main thing. Now I am sincerely happy that there is an opportunity to give our young people this holiday in Minsk and in other parts of the country," said Alexander Lukashenko.
The President notes that the main prom of the country is held in a new format this time. He is convinced that the holiday will get better in the coming years. "You will no longer be graduates, but I want to invite you next year, and then come here with your children graduates to celebrate together with them. Have an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime. Find new friends and maybe even meet your destiny. Stay always on the wave of striving for success, keep your persistence in achieving your goals. And let these goals be high and noble," wished the Belarusian leader.
"I repeat: take care of yours under any circumstances (you see, smart people, what is going on in the world), don't give it to anyone, multiply it. No matter how difficult and difficult it may be, take care of it. If you lose it, you cannot find it or restore it. You won't get it back," said Alexander Lukashenko.
After the speech of the head of state, the graduates themselves took the stage. On behalf of the guests of the holiday and all the graduates of the country, they presented the President with a commemorative gift. It symbolizes the consolidation of the Belarusian people, the preservation and strengthening of the ideas of peace in Belarus, creative labor as the main conditions for the development of the state. Then Alexander Lukashenko and the graduates went to the viewing point at the Svisloch waterfront to watch a water and fire show.
