International Piano Competition "Minsk-2021" to be held on December 1-10

The forum with a quarter of a century of history returns after a seven-year break and is ready to turn Minsk into the capital of classical music for 10 days. The International Piano Competition will bring virtuosos together on the stage of the Academy of Music. By the way, the organizers have received about fifty applications from seven countries. The Conservatoire will also be hosting the 1st and 2nd eliminations. The Grand Hall of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society will host the opening concert in the evening. The participants are going to perform the masterpieces by Beethoven, Chopin, Brahms and Prokofiev. On December 10, young virtuosos will perform in tandem with the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Belarus. The prize fund of the international contest of pianists will be about 30 thousand euros.
