Minsk is preparing to host the XXXI Planetary Congress of the Association of Space Explorers

90 cosmonauts from 19 countries will come to Belarus. The most numerous delegations are expected from Russia, the USA, Germany and the Netherlands.

On the eve of the space week a memorial sign to Belarusians - Heroes of Cosmos will be opened in Minsk in Kosmonavtov Street. The author of the composition is sculptor Ivan Misko. He created the profiles of Pyotr Klimuk, Vladimir Kovalyonok and Oleg Novitsky.

The Congress officially opens on Monday, September 10, in the BelExpo complex. Our task is to join international projects. Therefore, it was decided to tell about Belarusian achievements on the pages of a new edition.

The day before the end of the congress, on September 14, the astronauts will be offered to plant almost one hundred trees in the Central Botanical Garden in memory of this event.
