Pavel Latushko: We are planning an international project: Belarus, religions, tolerance

In the framework of the 205th session of the Executive Council of the UN specialized Agency for education, science and culture, a speech on behalf of the delegation of the Republic of Belarus was delivered by the ambassador, permanent representative of our country to UNESCO Pavel Latushko at UNESCO Headquarters. In his speech, he welcomed the reforms carried out in the organization by the new Director General of UNESCO Audrey Azoulay.

The Ambassador of Belarus also expressed gratitude to UNESCO for the successful implementation of a number of joint projects. Pavel Latushko informed about the completion of the preparation of the next project, the publication in of Russian translation of the "Handbook on the protection of cultural property in armed conflicts".
