Direct phone lines: every request taken under control

Direct phone lines are traditionally held on August 21 in the country. Deputy chairmen of regional, city and district executive committees are on the line. In the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, Natalia Yakubitskaya, the Chairperson of the Council of Deputies, will answer citizens' questions as well as mayor Vladimir Kukharev. Every appeal is taken under control. If the problem doesn't require any special attention, we are ready to go on site.
