Relations between Minsk and Baku are based on friendship and national interests

Accordingly, there are all prerequisites to move from the sphere of raw materials to finished products, to industrial production and even to the sphere of services. I believe that there are all prerequisites for Azerbaijan and Belarus to switch to modern technologies. Our heads of state, whose policies serve the national interests, have the willpower to do so".
