Since 2019 planned inspections to be replaced by selective ones
This was announced today by chairman of the State Control Committee of Belarus during the session of the CIS Council of Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions in Moscow. According to Leonid Anfimov, spot checks are based on a system that will assess the risks of offenses and their consequences for enterprises. The new method will ensure the interaction of supervisory bodies when organizing inspections, allow them to keep records, analyze dynamics, and also to identify the reasons that led to offenses.
The role of information technology in the system of state control was discussed today. The financial intelligence of Belarus annually monitors the operations of about 9,000 legal entities and individuals. Processing of such an amount of information without the use of modern systems would be almost impossible.
