Soviet movement in paintings, graphics and sculptures to be presented in Minsk
On the eve of the 100th anniversary of the Komsomol,
the National Art Museum will open an exhibition that can be called nostalgic. More than 60 exhibits from the museum's collections, created from 1920 to 80th in the language of socialist realism, will tell about the Komsomol youth of those generations. The first exhibit was Daria Tarasova.
On these canvases - youthful enthusiasm, enthusiasm and, of course, love for the motherland. Three whales that are associated by the generation of the USSR with their Komsomol youth. Painting, sculpture, graphics - more than 60 exhibitswere taken out of the funds of the National Art Museum.
Some canvases have been stored for decades in the storerooms of the museum. Rare exhibits of the exhibitions are “Contemporaries” by Berta Kuznetsova and “Soldiers” by the Soviet painter Abram Zaborov.
