Solemn events held in Mogilev

The holiday in Mogilev traditionally began with the laying of flowers on the Buinichsky field. Festive concerts started at noon. At the moment a children's music and poetry program is taking place in the Komsomolsky Square, and a national culture festival has unfolded on Lenin's street. The program also includes performances on the Square of Stars.

The events of 1941, liberation of the city from the Nazi invaders, the names of the fallen during the war were forever inscribed in the bas-reliefs of the memorial on the Buinichsky field. Hundreds of citizens came to pay tribute to the memory of the heroes.

Peaceful volleys were made in honor of those who died during the war. By tradition, a festive march of military units was held here.

Despite the bad weather concert venues are working in all parks today.
