Roads to be modernized in 140 agro-towns in 2024

A program has been formed, under which roads in 140 agro-towns will be modernized and restored in 2024 according to the plan. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Anatoli Sivak.

The Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that it's very difficult to comply with the standards in the rural areas: "The President gave an order, and we have prepared documents to be able to modernize or even overhaul the roadway in the existing streets. Because if some technical norms are not observed, there are obstacles from the side of the expertise".

Because of the existing development, the dimensions of the roadway may not even be respected. And to overcome the normative norms, which today in various regulations, the help of the President is required, explained Deputy Prime Minister.
