Volunteers welcome to join improvement of monuments in Cherven District

Young people in the village Grebenka initiated and co-created a memorial wall with the names of 154 soldiers from their homeland, who died during the Great Patriotic War.

Last year, the memorial sign in the village of Lyady, Cherven District, was also restored. The memorial is dedicated to the tragic date on January 9, 1943 the peaceful locals became victims of the punitive operation of the fascists - 38 people were thrown by the occupants into the well.
